Located on Northeast 10th Street, between Henney Road and Hiwassee Road, Optimist Park is a quiet place to enjoy an afternoon outdoors.

PARK FEATURES

The park has a large sports field, perfect for kicking around a ball or playing field games. The playground on the hill offers lots of entertainment to children while providing benches and picnic tables for enjoying the outdoors.

SOCIAL GATHERINGS

A pavilion is available for social gatherings on a first-come basis (no reservation/permit required), and does not have electricity or water.
