Learn to Lift
The “Learn to Lift” weight lifting program has been specifically designed to safely introduce young adults and adults to the gym and weightlifting.
Join us for our new weight room class called Learn to Lift. This class will meet every Monday, starting September 9th, and there will be two different age groups. 13-16 year old's will meet at 5:00 pm and 17+ will meet at 6:00 pm. With a current, active Fitness Pass, the cost will be $20 and is good for the entire month.
