This is one part of a world-wide event celebrated the last Saturday in April each year.

Be a part of a global wave of energy and good intentions. Across the globe, for 24 hours, each time zone will be represented in this group practice of intentional movement.

Several different practitioners will guide us through different styles so you can get a sampling of what is available in your local community.
