Melt away tension and stress; all levels welcome!

Melt away muscle tension and stress while creating space in the body with our restorative yoga class. This is a more easeful approach to yoga asana featuring longer, passive poses with props. Grounding techniques and breathwork help regulate the nervous system while opening up the body creating a relaxing experience!

Registration required; walk-ins welcome, but you will need to register on your phone before class!
